my teaching technique
1.-ALMOST EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE TARGET LANGUAJE.
2.-TEACHER PRESENTS THE CONTEXT ANS SITUATION FOR THE LANGUAGE. TEACHER EXPLAINS AND DEMONSTRATES THE MEANING OF THE NEW LANGUAGE.
3.-MIM-MEM, VISUAL MATERIAL (FLASH CARDS, BOOKS, THINGS). AND STEP BY STEP PROGRESSION OF MATERIAL.
4.- STUDENTS PRACTICE MEANINGFUL EXERCISES USNG THE NEW KNOWLEDGE.
5.- STUDENTS PERFORM REAL LIFE TASK WITH THE NEW INFORMATION AND CHECK AND CORRECT THE LANGUAGE.

I have no exclusively, try to find several techniques to help me facilitate the teaching:
1. Involvement of the ss at all times.
2. The use of various materials, both inside and outside the classroom.
3. The game as a major base for learning ss.
4. The reinforcement of vocabulary and topics covered above
5. Observation in each ss for individual learning needs.
6. Improvisation in the management of materials for use in the teaching.
7. Student confidence for connecting problems and needs that may affect learning

FIRST OF ALL I MAKE A WARM UP ACTIVITY WE SING A GREETING CHANT, THEN I INTRODUCE THE UNIT WE ARE GOING TO SEE AND WHAT WE ARE GOING TO ACHIEVE, I USE FLASH CARDS, POSTERS, AND GAMES IN ORDER THAT KIDS PRACTICE THE NEW VOCABULARY, AT THE END I MAKE A WRAP UP ACTIVITY AND OUTCOMES FOR MAKING SURE OF ACHIEVING.

I'M AGREE WITH YOU TEACHERS MOST TRY TO FIND NEW TECHNIQUES FOR TEACHING, WE NEED TO FEEL FREE AND USE CREATIVITY FOR FINDING NEW WAYS, ALSO WE HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION AND LISTEN KIDS NEEDS. THAT HELP US TO PLANNING BETTER OUR LESSONS.

My Own New Methodology
I would create a positive classroomenvironment so my Ss won't feel anxious nor scared. Ss respond better when thet're relaxed.
I would include games in my methodology, because playin in their learning makes them enjoy and lear at the same time.
I would make my Ss participate activetily, and be sure that my activities are motivating my Ss to learn, using different kind of materials (pictures, flash cards,drawings, songs, stories) so they don't get bored.
I would be sure to establish some rules from the begining in order to have a nice environment, were Ss could work in calm.
I would be dynamic, clear in my explanations, include interactions with each other and link to previous learned material. (Piaget-says that learnes incorporate the new experience into a learned material).
I would use Maslows' Hierarchy of Need.- He says that people experience high points in life, when the individual is in harmony with himseld and his surroundings.
I would use Gardner's Multiple Inteligence and identify the type of Ss in my group, to work mostly with what they like more.
I really agree with all of my classmates in some way or another.
Have a nice weekend and see you next Tuesday.

Hello everybody
First in the new methodology is that the teacher need change the strategies because in other times the teacher was the instructor now a day the teacher must be the coordinator and monitor. In my new teaching technique the most important are the students and for that reason I think in the next points:
1. - I need create a good environment in the classroom and in that way the students will feel with the intention to work and learn.
2. - As teacher need to know each one of our students the necessities, abilities, feelings for the language and what is that they hope to learn.
3. - The students enjoy the games, songs and other activities that they consider games
4. - When we use a flash cards or memorame game according with the vocabulary that we need to teach.
5.-The students practice and work all classes in pairs or group depend the activity, in some cases we have students with different capacities and the teacher need to work in individual form.
I agree with M. Marcos, Alicia, Marcela and Bolillo because for them the most important are the students and is our goal that the children learn while playing

ARE REQUIRED ANND THEN I MADA ANOTHER DIVISION IN ORDER TO CONTINUE WITH THE TOPIC BUT IN DIFFERENT ASPECTS, WHAT LANGUAGE I HAVE TO DEVELEOPE WITH THE KIDS, AND SO ON.I USE TOO MUCH THE ACTIVATIONN OOF PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE AND BRAINSTORMS, DIAGRAMS, SURVEYS, ETC.

My Opinion.
Nowadays it is necessary to penetrate into the environment of our students, because the reality of many of our pupils is very difficult, they suffer for economic problems, social problems, lack of values, of attention, situations that turn into an obstacle for his learning.CIBF escribió:IF YOU WERE ASKED TO CREATE A NEW METHODOLOGY FOR ENGLISH TEACHING, WHAT COULD BE SOME OF ITS PRINCIPLES?

For that reason the principles will be based on the form of learning of the pupils as well as his own needs.
1. It is necessary to establish rules from the beginning to support the order inside the lounge of classes.
2. To motivate the pupils in his successes and in his mistakes; as form of support.
As Jean Piaget says knowledge is internalized by learners; through the process of assimilation and accommodation.
3. To know the different ways of learning of our pupils so in that way the learning process will be satisfactory. As Haward Gardner talk about Multiple Intelligences.
4. I have to include different kinds of games, work with songs, have interesting material. In order to use the five senses; including short term and long term memory that can be used in the future, to be capable of process and respond information.
5. With this last point I think that it is important that the pupil is capable of assimilating and analyzing the information that is receiving during the classes. As Abraham Maslow says with the needs; people experience high points in life when the individual is in harmony himself and historical surroundings.
I agree with my partners in the importance of using different materials, and that is a necessity that students try to analize information as Beatriz says. Also I agree with Alicia in the importance of the environment where students are learning.
