many things that sometimes with the routine we forgot, and I can think that I don´t need , but the most important for me was remember all the skill that a good teacher has and do it not only remember, do it

is so much I always have consider Iam a good teacher, but I want to be better, and always you learn something , of my students I learn every day and Iam instricting in do whatever has to do in order to be a better teacher.

HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR EVALUATION?
Nervous and uncomfortable because of the fact that I could not finish the whole exam, but actually I felt proud of not having many problems with the part of the exam that I answered.

WHAT DID YOU DISCOVER?
I discovered that I have to be faster and precise to get better outcomes, not only talking about the exam, also talking about life itself.

I know that there are many things that I have to learn such as many methodological techniques and of course I will never stop learning many different things about English because I really like it.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT?

I am willing to interchange my free time for a period of learning as many as possible. I have been studying at UPIICSA on Saturdays since 3 years and it does not matter if I have to take some extra courses on Sunday. In fact I think it is such an investment.

It is hard to self evaluate , because sometimes I feel very confortable with my way of teaching since I have a very good attitude, I´m punctual, polite, patient etc. in a word I like to be with children and and enjoy them so I feel proud of me, but when I can see the reality I know that I have lacks of methodology and estrategies since last class I could realize that I need to improve in pedagogy, including methodology and lesson planning also I know that I need to improve a better pronunciation.
Well I promise to myself to study and I´m going to do all the homeworks, so as to pass the course and to learn.
I´m willing to learn so that my students enjoy my class, besides to learn.

Hello, my name is Beatriz Navarrete I gave my opinion but I would like to add that I'm agree with my classmates about their different opinions. I'm sure that we should follow the advices that teacher Gina gave us because really in our self-evaluation we know that we have to study more, to read more, sign in with different pages in internet, learn more techniques, learn to be able to respond appropriately to parents concern and children's behavior. We can do it teachers!!.

How do you feel after your evaluation?
Being a teacher, is difficult because your day doesn't end
when the school bell rings. It involves a lot of work after.
All these demand some sacrifice of our personal time but above all, you must be prepared to have a lot of roles,
each of these requires practice and skills that are often not taught in teacher preparation programs.
I feel happy to be part of my students lifes, I love what I do and I think its worth the effort.
What did you discover?
I discovered that a teacher can empower students and build their confidence,
it's sometimes an inspiration or a reason to hate a subject.
A teacher also introduce ways of thinking.
What are you willing to do?
I'm willing to learn, to keep discovering and be better every class!

Well, first let me tell you that feld good because of now I know what skills need, in fact acording to the characteristics mentioned in evaluatión I need improve a lot knowledge and skills.

WHAT DO YOU DISCOVER?
First I need improve my knowledge, skill and arrangements my courses to overcome my fails in order to give de best at learners. Because if we are good o bad teacher, the students will be reflect on.
Also. I need partice a lot.

1.-Being a teacher is many things. How do you feel after your evaluation?
I feel ¡great!
Before my evaluation, I was thinking that I know a lot. That I don´t need any preparation to be an english teacher. Later on, in my evaluation, I know that I have to improve my english and more.. And a learned that the children are the most vulnerable thing in the world.

2.-What did you discover? I discovered the best way to conduce my class. For practice this, I´ll read a lot. Specially the last part in my portfolio because this part is interesting because it comment about how to be a good teacher and give me the right tools for it.

3.-What are you willing to do about it?
I´m reading a lot. Preparing in my work. Changing my attitud with the others and trying to be the best teacher. This is not impossible, so keep going!.

1.-Why should Mexican kids learn English?
Well I think for Mexican kids are so importat the English language cause, you can ear, red the english language around all the world in every place you're the english words are always in your life English language is in all the profession you've . For Mexican kids must be consider as the principal asignature in all schools here in Mexico country in order to belonging to hi knowledge around the world.

2.- What are the main obstacles you face when teaching them?
Of course their behavior. Yes I know, they're children however I don't want soldiers inside the class room but normal children yes I think there is not discipline, sorry, you can't learn. As teacher you should find the best teaching way for them but sometimes it's no possible you're in a hurry all long time for the school program, you must finish all the books they've. I think the English language should be free and natural language to develop.

That's true! Being a Teacher is many many things. I feel fine, For being Teacher is a big responsibility and a good rapport with students and with the parents isn't enough. I need to improve many thing cause I like to be a Teacher (extrinsic teacher) So, I need to improve and developing different abilities to adopt better roles in class.
I need to being patient and tolerant with them and I 'll be relax. Why not? Teaching should be a good enjoyment too!

2.- What did you discover?
Being a Teacher is so great and special profession. I belong here. It's the art to Teaching. So, I need to studying, read, write, speak as a parrot and thinking all long time English Language.

3.- What're you willing to do about it?
I'am Teacher cause I like to being a Teacher. Therefore I must to do all the necessary in order to obtein good outcomes.

Hello everyone, this is Enrique Rivera Keima your colleague so I invite you to participate in this foro in order to know what are you thinking about our proficiency in fact, I guess is interesting because not only we are learning rules to teach but we are getting a diferent psichological theories, in fact we know that for a long time thechers did not have these tools to be able to apply them with the learnes. Thats why is necessary we dominate them, even enjoy them in order to apply on our dear students. Well I guess so.

I think that Mexico is a marvelous country but needs to improvement the skills of its citizens. Being a teacher allows me to contribute to this purpose. I want a better country for my son and my daughter....

In order to do that, I work as a teacher but after my evaluation I think that this goal will not be easy because I need to improve my own skills, specially the methodology and idiom use. In spite of, I feel happy because I can do it.

I descovered that in Mexico there is a lot of things to do. For that reason I am here, studying. Very Happy

I think being a teacher is a huge responsability, because we are workink or modeling human beings, the person who will be part of the nation, a person that can feel, the one who wants to grow up and the correct habit are going to be transmiuted by my example and I have to make a huge effort in order to be better and best evry single time.

HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR EVALUATION?

I realize that I need into consideration more things than that I used to and that it is the reason that I need to take courses like this because I am remembering things that I forgot and learn more techniques to take advantages for my own students. I feel the necesity of learning.

I discover that I need to learn more and that some things that I do with my students can be sopported methodologycally.

I need to pay attention on what my students need to and like to do and make a bigger effort in order to be a better teacher

Being a teacher is a big responsability due to teachers are working with kids so if I lack of techniquies or human sense, I could to damage at my learnes that´s why when I stand up in front the class I try to do the best of me.
And part of this task involve the overcoming of an information gap, to detec if the kid como from disfuntional families and so on

I felt fine because I realized where I´m wrong,and though I work at my doubts now reaffirm that we must always to research by studing, innovating, experiment and discovering all about language, both our mother tongue and wich are we ¨learning and teaching¨, because languages are not static.

Weakness, in wich I have to work hard, yet also the degree of interest that I have to looking for learning more and more each day.
