How do you fell after your Evaluation?
I felt good, because I believe that during class I have applied many of the tasks that you taught us, also reflect on the things I have not done and I must be.

What did you discover?
I discovered that as a teacher I have a great responsibility, I am a role model for children. It is importart that I have a good attitude with them, smile, kind, loyar honest.

what are you willing to do about it?
I'm already doing. I'm studying more methodologies to achieve recognition, listening, respect my students. I have begun to apply it to classes and I have had good results, as applying the roles of teacher

HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR EVALUATION? I feel myself that i am in the right path.

WHAT DID YOU DISCOVERED?
Well,i discovered that eventhough i have a very good knowledge of the english language i need to work arduously on my lessons planning.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT?
As i already said "I AM IN THE RIGHT PATH".I will take the courses or classes that i need in order to achieve the necessary knowledge for the benefit of myself and consequently for the benefit of my children (my students).
This is the goal of mine,that i become a very good instructor and be able to pass this language knowledge into most of the kids as life allows me.

A.- As it said Being a Teacher is many things.... not only stand in front of the class showing your best face of feeling a super star...!! Is analysed all the things you have in your hands; education, learning, knowledge, practice, manage, model, and lot of things. Teachers changes life; so my self evaluation is keep on learning and stay up to date all the time as possible.

So I willing to learn from my teacher partners and why not sometime share what I have learned because as Gina said language or communication is important to improve our knowledge.

HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR EVALUATION?
Most of the time I felt that I had done the correct things in my classes but definitely after the evaluation I noticed that I must design better classes in order to get students more interested in the class so they learn more and better.

WHAT DID YOU DISCOVER?
I discover that the area I need to reinforce is in the use of technology because I hardly use the TIC’S, but sometimes I loose interest because whenever I want to use the electronic board or the computers they are busy or out of service.
Since I couldn’t get into the forum before it is clear for me that I need to learn more about technology.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO?
I’m willing to study more about the topics I must improve, learn about methodology and teaching techniques for kids.

COMMENTS:
Marcos wrote something about changing attitude in front of students which made think about the way I feel when in my way I find that kind of students that don’t care about learning but I found out that maybe I haven’t given them enough to get interested in learning another language and at the same time I confirm that I need to study more.
I also think as Yessy, we learn from our mistakes although sometimes is hard to recognize them.
Guadalupe said that teachers are models, I agree, if we are not modeling well enough our students won’t be good students but what about when we do our best and work really hard and one or two students don’t learn because they don’t like the language, are we bad models?

The first think I realized after my self evaluation is that sometimes I´ve not considered some important points of the evaluation and that I have to consider all af them in order to improve my english classes.



WHAT DID YOU DISCOVER?

The most important thing is to keep in mind that to be a teacher implies many things:
we have to learn new things and to update our knowledge
we must remember that we are a model to be followd aby our ss', so we have to do our best in order ss' get the best of each teacher.


WHAT ARE YU WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT?

The first thing is to be in this course where I´ll learn to improve my lesson plans and my way of teching.

HOW DO YOU F AFTER YOUR EVALUATION ?
I DIDN`T DO THE SELF-EVALUATION BECAUSE I WASN`T THERE THE FIRST CLASS . BUT I CONSIDER THAT IT IS GUILLERMINA MONTAÑO

It is more meaningful and easier to go up when you decided to be a teacher, when you have the willing and the disposition, I have seen that professional teachers are always doing something to get better in the classroom. I admire teacher who closes to advice or helps you.
HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR EVALUATION?
I feel a little worried and confused because as the most contestants I wished to have a little more time to answer the exam. I realized that some questions were wrong, and the teachers who were grading us, also were tired.
WHAT DID YOU DISCOVER?
Through the experiences of my classmates and teacher I must consider many advices and suggestions to avoid embarrassing situations. Sometimes teachers must adapt to work with limited sources in the school.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT?
I have the responsibility to study the children´s behaviorism, observe and hear them. With children, we have to be more tolerant, to have more patience and to be more creative to develop their skills, drill a lot and never give up. I have to figure out ways to transmit knowledge through meaningful activities.
Study more about techniques and new methods, nowadays it´s a requirement to develop the competences focused on the official syllabus. On the other hand, we need constantly training because it isn´t enough this course to face children. I think that with experience or without experience we had better take a short course at least once a year.

How do you feel after your evaluation?
I was nervous and when I saw many people I felt more nervous but after the exam I thought that it´s important for us being update.
What did you discover?
I noticed that its very important as teachers give the children good and real knowledge of English because now a days their are going to need it for their future. Also be serious and responsables of what we are doing.
What are you willing to do about it?
I´m going to work hard to give the best of me in order to make these children learn and love the language so it´s going to be easier for them.

AFTER THE EVALUATION I FEEL RELAXED, IF I KNEW ALMOST EVERYTHING, I FEEL FINE, BUT I BEGIN INMEDIATLY TO THINK ABOUT SOME DOUBTS I HAD. AS AN TEACHER I ANALIZE MY STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESS
AND TRY TO IMPROVE THEM, BECAUSE I WANT TO BE A GOOD TEACHER.

WHAT DID YOU DISCOVER?
I DISCOVERED THAT I HAVE TO IMPROVE MY ENGLISH LEVEL AND IN OTHERS ASPECTS IN MY CLASSES. TEACHERS HAVE A BIG RESPONSABILITY BECAUSE WE ARE WORKING WITH KID AND I ACCEPT IT ENTHUSIASTICALLY.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT?
I'M WILLING TO TAKE ANY COURSES TO BE UPDATE AND KNOW MORE STRATEGIES, METODOLOGIES AND PROGRAMS, TO TEACH ENGLISH.
I'M WILLING TO DO INTERESTING, FUN AND CREATIVE ENGLISH CLASSES WHERE KIDS CAN FEEL FREE AND SAVE.

1.- I'm not sure, I think nervious, exited and happy (like every test), it's a good way in order to correct mistakes and the most important learn about them
2.- Like Jahimen said: We are the mirror where kids are going to reflected on. For the students english teacher is the best teacher and that is a big responsability because we have to be friends, psychologists, nurses, actors, artists and Teach English; we have to be all that because we are the model and responsable that they like english lenguage.
Another important things is: We have to diagnose individual what does she/he need, for each students.
I learn that I have to be strict, that it's possible to have a funny class and discipline at the same time.

I feel well,because I discovered what things and methods I need to change.

I discovered that I have a problem with my lesson planning (TIMMING).
I need stabilish rules,and limits.I will be constant with rules with out being punisher

HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR EVALUATION?
I feel that l have a positive attitude because this is the power that drives you to success. Yes of course there's a lot of obstacles you face but the most important thing is to belive in yourself.
Being a teacher is a big responsability so you need to share this positive attitude with the students and as a English teacher we must be trained all the time and to make our work more professional.

l discovered new methodologies, new information and l coul notice my mistakes, so l change some things about my teaching techniques.
l discovered that l enjoy my job and for that reason l do my best every day.

First l will continue get information about metodologies, dynamics, pedagogical techniques and second l will take another course, because we need constantly training in order to improve our subject.

A teacher should be puctual, respelful, patient, tolerant, empatine, delite, good loking, friendly, funny, confidant etc...

I was nervious because there were a lot of questions and don´t known if my score will be good another thing that the time was short for answer the questions and worried for this sutuation.

Improve my knowlege, my fluidity to speak english and I need to practice new tecniques.
WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT?
Learn new tecniques for teach better, read more thing in english for to learn new vocabulary and can be a good teacher.

After my English evaluation I felt very insecure since I realized that one of my problems to solve the evaluation was the methodology. I have learned very much in this course, the class is very interesting and it helped to me planning my classes with little more attention.

I discovered that I have to be preparing constantly and I have to be studying always in order to offer a quality class to my students.

The first thing that I am going to do is to take the course of Nivelacion SEP after I am going to prepare me to achieve a certification and then I will try to look for an academic link to Canada to be able to take a course in this country.

i THINK, IT'S DIFFICULT DO SELF EVALUATION BECAUSE WE ALWAYS ARE THINKING IN A TEST BUT THE BEST EVALUATION IS WHEN YOU WATCH STUDENT'S IMPROVEMENTS OR KNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE ACQUIRED WHILE CLASS.

iN THIS COURSE I LEARNED MANY THINGS AND REINFORCED SOME OTHERS SUCH AS: TECHNIQUES, DRILLS ,,,,,, IN ORDER TO BE A BETTER TEACHER . tHEREFORE , I HAVE TO IMPROVE MY ENGLISH AND I'N GOING TO CONSIDER STUDENT'S NEEDS. THE SAME AS, THE BEST SELF EVALUATION IS WHEN YOU WATCH YOUR STUDENT'S LEARNINGS AS A RESULT OF A GOOD ENGLISH CLASS AND ITS WHEN YOU HAVE A REAL EVALUATION,

i'M GOING TO CHANGE MY ATTITUDE AND DO DIFFERENT KIND OF LESSON PLANS AND INCLUDE FUNNY AND MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT I'M GOING TO CONTINUE WITH MY ENGLISH COURSE.

I felt well after evaluation because I think I do a good job as a teacher, but I realiced that never is enough.There are always something to improve.
As a phycologist I have knowledge of learning, of teaching etc. But sometimes I don´t apply or use that knowledge in the real life. So I discovered that is very important to conect the theory with reality.
I willing to improve my english knowledge; and to keep learning about my students, myself, teaching techniques etc; and never forget that I always have something to improve.

I feel good, but not ok. I think it´s necessary to recognize students, to listen to them, to encourage them to learn more, but is not easy. It was very good to see all the areas we have to cover, material, attitudes, skills, and discipline. I feel bad because I think I was the only one who has problems with discipline, then I notice I´m not the only one.

I dicovered I have some skills that helps me to keep Ss motivated to learn English and to participate in class, no matter if they don´t understand it at all.

To get involved with teaching and knowing more about strategies. Keep in touch with kids interests.

I felt good because I noticed that I am doing it well with some missing details, but I have to change my rapport to improve it and be more flexible.
I discovered that I can make my class easier with all the reinforcement and Techniques you have given us and I am using them now.
I am more interested about my children needs and to support them in their weakness, in order to get a good learning.
