SELF EVALUATION

BEING A TEACHER IS MANY THINGS.
HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER YOUR EVALUATION?
I´m feeling well. I think that self evaluation is very necessary, because it´s the only way I can improve my skills and correct my mistakes. I need others´opinion for checking my mistakes. I´m not flawless and if I don´t do something, my students will carry my defects.

WHAT DID YOU DISCOVER?
I discovered many things: First I have still much to learn. The teacher job demands constant updating since our students´development depends on us, so I´m not going to take only this course. I think to take more courses and study more about methodology, pedagogy and learning. The teacher job is endless, but it has its rewards; our students.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO ABOUT IT?
Of course. I´ll make more activities for my classes and use more and better material for my kids. I´ll do my classses less theorical as possible. The kids are in an age that demands more physical activity, so the best way to help´em is with games that reinforce their learning in a funny way.

I felt surprised and I felt up to improve as human for being a better teacher.

I never stop learning, otherwise I want to learn more according to the update education.

Firstable, to have the chance to work as a teacher, and be so emphatic with children and their needs in order to have solutions for helping their right educative development, besides do my best following the national program.
